Mini magazine Loader (Ethernet control with cover)

Main Function Of Mini Magazine Loader:

• Use in the beginning of SMT line,receive downstream signal, push PCBs out one by one from magazine.
• The Loader is divided into two parts. The front part is the magazine in and out rail (the upper layer is empty and the lower layer is full boards of magazines). The rear part is the lifting platform.
• Upper layer can load 4 empty magazines and the lower layer can load 4 full boards magazines(include lifting platform).★When pcb lenght is 250mm,upper layer can load 2 empty magazines,lower layer can load 2 full boards magazines(include lifting platform).
• The lifting platform is composed of three separate sets,and each set of lifting platform stores 1 magazine.
• Add 300mm extension rail at exit.
• The MES system can be connected. Three sets of scanners (provided by the customer) The equipment needs to reserve three sets of IO scanner signals.
• With Ethernet communication PLC.The device is not Ethernet width adjustment, and the magazine transport can only be adjust the width by handwheel.
• Lifting platform and extension rail with cover.
• Can store at least 100 items with different width set in touch screen. Ethernet communication, machines communicate with each other by switches in the line. Width adjusted synchronously with other same brand machines in the same line with this function.
• The oven max width is 500mm.
