0.4m Three Rails Correction Conveyor with cooling fans

Main Function Of 0.4m Three Rails Correction Conveyor:

• Used between the three rails mesh belt cleaning machine and the three rails conveyor correnction.
• Stainless steel drum is adopted for transport (anti-static belt is added on the stainless steel drum).Three sets of guide wheels are installed on the roller, and the position of the guide wheels can be manually adjusted. Each set of guide wheels is in two rows. The width of the inlet is adjusted to connect with the upstream rail, and the outlet is adjusted to correspond to the downstream rail. When the PCB enters the correction rail, the guide wheel will lead the PCB into the correction parallel rail and enter the downstream rail.
• It will not stay on the rail, and the PCB will directly enter the downstream track after correction.
• The width of upstream input PCB cannot be greater than twice the width of output PCB.
• With Cooling fans,installed above the rail(4 pcs 120*120mm).
• Can store at least 100 items with different width set in touch screen. Ethernet communication, machines communicate with each other by switches in the line. Width adjusted synchronously with other same brand machines in the same line with this function.
• The oven max width is 500mm.
