Main Function Of PCB Automatic Unloader:

• PCB magazine unloaders are used to feed printed circuit boards to the SMT machines for component placement.
• It consists of a mechanical housing that holds a stack of PCB magazines vertically. Each magazine can hold 10-20 PCBs.
• An elevator mechanism inside lifts the PCB magazines one by one to bring them to the unload position.
• At the unload position, there is a sliding push bar that extracts each PCB from the magazine and slides it forward on to the conveyor.
• Optical or mechanical sensors detect the presence of PCBs and signal the push bar to actuate and unload the next PCB.
• Once all PCBs are unloaded from a magazine, the elevator indexes and lifts the next filled magazine into the unload position.
• An operator simply needs to load a stack of pre-filled PCB magazines into the unloader housing for automatic unattended operation.
• The unloader sequentially empties each magazine and maintains a steady supply of PCBs to the SMT machine.
• Some unloaders have the capacity to hold up to 50 magazines, allowing several hours of continuous production time.
