Main Function Of PCB 0.6M Rejet Conveyor:
A reject conveyor is a type of conveyor system used in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines to separate the OK/NG PCBs.Single rail a stage.
It is a specific type of reject conveyor that is designed to handle PCBs that are 0.6 meters in length.
This conveyor system has the capacity to store up to 5 PCBs at a time, when received the fifth NG board, sound alarm with green light to inform to recheck, OK board can flow to the next equipment. When received the sixth NG board, sound alarm with red light and stop working to waiting to take out the 5pcs NG board, press reset button and return to work.
