Product Description:
The software system independently developed by JD has a powerful and flexible BOM table analysis function, which can define different analysis rules for different customers' BOM tables, so as to be compatible with various BOM tables.
Automatic identification of BOM information through software, automatic adjustment of component size, automatic measurement through flying probe, no manual participation in the test process.
Automatic visual comparison for IC chips, diodes, transistors, resistors, capacitors and other components containing characters. It supports multi-point detection of the same component, and the programming process is simple and fast.
The system receives the detection data from the digital bridge, automatically judges PASS (correct) or FALL (error), and displays the detection results in real time, completely eliminating the missed detection.
After the test is completed, the test report is automatically generated, the test report data is comprehensive, the test results are clear at a glance, the test scene can be restored, and the traceability is strong, and documents in Excel or PDF format can be exported to meet the needs of customers.
According to the function of sampling inspection by station, the sampling inspection can be carried out according to the station table, BOM table, or sampling inspection by refueling in the middle.
The report can be connected to the customer's EPSMES system and can be uploaded on the computer.
The system can color and mark the drawings, and the marked content includes the tag number, standard value, precision, and specification.
Create an account for each person, flexibly define user permissions, and avoid malicious deletion or misuse.
Power-off protection function:
When the first inspection is interrupted due to force majeure factors (power failure, computer failure, etc.) during the first inspection and inspection, the software can automatically save the current first inspection progress, and resume the first inspection and inspection can directly continue the inspection operation from the interrupted part
